About the Opportunity 

We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our Early Careers Recruitment Team on a 6-month fixed term contract, with potential for extension. Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, you’ll lead high-volume recruitment for a specific area of our early careers program. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to developing early talent.

Responsibilities 

  • Complete end-to-end recruitment processes for successful Early Careers Program applicants including offer and checks.
  • Delivery of Early Careers Programs recruitment services in line with agreed recruitment framework and service level agreement/timeframes.
  • Attend and provide coordination support for various career fairs, universities and industry peak bodies (some interstate travel may be required).
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate assessment centres to identify best-fit candidates for graduate roles.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

About you 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience or demonstrated internal experience in end-to-end, high-volume recruitment, ideally within early careers programs.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar (desirable).
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and building strong working relationships.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident coordinating and participating in events such as assessment centres and career fairs, representing the Early Careers team and ASC with professionalism and enthusiasm. 

Eligibility 

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
