Our work is interesting and meaningful, contributing directly to Australia’s national security. We offer rewarding roles that provide the opportunity to grow your career, and the flexibility to balance life and work. A career at ASC is like no other, delivering a deeper purpose we can all be proud of.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on governance and compliance performance to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Represent ASC in external engagements, including regulatory bodies, to maintain strong compliance and industry alignment.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications, Certification in Occupational Hygiene (essential), and WHS management (desirable).
  • 8–10 years’ experience in occupational hygiene, including at least 3 years in a high-risk industry.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing Occupational Hygiene Programs aligned with WHS legislation and international standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and use of digital platforms to support program delivery.
  • High integrity, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
