About the Opportunity

We are seeking a PMO Lead to join our Transformation Office at Osborne, SA. This pivotal role will lead PMO services for ASC’s Strategic Transformation Programs and Projects, ensuring governance, reporting, risk management, and quality standards are met. You will work closely with program leadership, delivery teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-impact outcomes that support ASC’s transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO governance, reporting, and administration for strategic programs and projects.
  • Develop and manage program deliverables, including management plans, risk and quality frameworks.
  • Oversee risk and issue management processes and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC policies, frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Manage PMO tools and processes, including SharePoint and Jira, and provide training to program teams.
  • Coordinate audit and assurance activities for programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across PMO services.

About you 

  • Proven experience as a PMO Lead or in project roles within large, complex programs.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, reporting, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Jira (or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Defence or Maritime industry is desirable

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
