About the Opportunity

As Principal Program Manager Transformation, you’ll oversee the planning, execution and governance of complex, cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, maturity and sustained business improvement across ASC.

Reporting to the GM Transformation Office, this senior leadership role leads programs and projects with enterprise-wide visibility and a diverse team of up to 30 staff. You’ll shape delivery strategies, coordinate across business units, and ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable, measurable and aligned with ASC’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale corporate services transformation programs from planning to execution.
• Align program objectives, outcomes, and funding models with ASC’s strategic plan.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and secure ExCo endorsement for key initiatives.
• Oversee program governance, risk, and performance reporting to the Transformation Steerco.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and inter-program dependencies to ensure delivery efficiency.
• Champion change management to embed sustainable outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and empower program teams to deliver results with accountability and collaboration.

About you 

• 10+ years’ experience in program or transformation leadership, ideally within large, complex organisations.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide change and benefits realisation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influence skills.
• Strategic thinker with experience developing governance frameworks and managing risk.
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to build, motivate and guide high-performing teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project or Program Management; certifications in MSP, PgMP, Lean, Agile or Change Management desirable.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
