About the Opportunity
As a Project Controls Manager, you will be accountable for the provision of effective project controls for the Collins Sustainment (CCSM) business unit, located in Osborne, South Australia. You will be working closely with the CCSM Leadership Team, where you will lead the development of project controls processes and procedures to ensure projects are planned, progressed, managed, monitored, and executed within schedule and cost constraints.
In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for project controls across the CCSM program, ensuring projects are planned, monitored, and delivered within cost and schedule parameters. You’ll champion best-practice processes, foster collaboration, and create an environment where your team feels empowered to make informed decisions and contribute to program success.
