About the Opportunity
This is a newly created role where you’ll play a key part in helping answer some of the organisation's most important workforce questions. You’ll be part of a newly establish Workforce Demand Planning team, working closely with the Workforce Requirements Specialist, business leaders and system and data owners, you'll help identify, source, improve the quality of and manage information for forecasting workforce demand.
What you'll do
You'll be helping build the foundations of Workforce Demand Planning capability across the program. You'll work with workforce demand and supply specialists, People & Culture teams, business leaders and system and data owners to have data available that can be turned into meaningful workforce insights that support Australia's submarine sustainment programs.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
