About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join the ASC LOTE (Life of Type Extension) team in Osborne, SA. Reporting to the Deputy Project Director, you will oversee and manage comprehensive project activities throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating a team of Project Engineers and Administrators, ensuring seamless execution and support.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in various areas, including Engineering Design, Implementation Planning, and Support System Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Management of one or more project areas within the overall LOTE program
• Development and maintenance of baseline schedules
• Budget and cost management, including EVM and variance analysis/treatment
• Risk management
• Reporting and communication
• Line management responsibility for up to 2 direct reports

Skills & Experiences

• Diploma or higher qualifications in Project Management
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a complex project environment at a Assistant Project Manager level (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate high-level verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate practical knowledge of Scheduling, Earned Value Management, financial, stakeholder and personnel management as applicable to a complex project environment

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
