FAQ

ASC will support employees, their spouses and immediate family undertaking long-term assignments. However, defacto and long-term unmarried partners are currently unable to be sponsored on an A2 visa, so would be unable to accompany ASC employees on international assignment.

Unfortunately, spouses do not have work rights in the USA under the A2 visa. We recommend exploring remote work options with their current employer, if applicable.

Yes. ASC partners with a local destination services provider in the host country to assist you in securing long-term rental accommodation and identifying suitable schooling options for your children.

ASC does not support the international relocation of pets or personal vehicles. If you choose to relocate a pet, this must be arranged and funded independently. Vehicles cannot be transported to the host country.

Yes. Once your assignment is confirmed, you and any accompanying family members will be required to complete a pre-departure medical examination and receive any necessary vaccinations. This will be arranged through ASC’s external medical provider.
