About the Opportunity

The Technical Support Officer provides administrative, non-technical support to the Planning Department. This includes work pack administration, Unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (UCM) coordination and other administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures in support of team commitments in a compliant and accurate manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Printing of work packs in accordance with project schedule requirements.
  • Ordering of controlled drawings as required for integration into work packs.
  • Coordination and tracking of work packs in support of project “readiness” requirements.
  • Close out (data entry) and scanning of work packs into corporate systems.
  • Registration and coordination of Unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (UCM) tasks (where allocated).
  • General data entry or administrative tasks as directed by the Work Package Planning Team Lead or Planning Manager SA.

 

About You

  • Previous experience with coordination of files, work packs or drawings in a maintenance environment.
  • Proven experience in a team oriented, customer service environment.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a Baseline level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.

Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
