About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Industry Development & Engagement, the Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Manager is accountable for contributing to the development and implementation of the SSN-AUKUS AIC Strategy and Plan in order to meet AIC obligations and maximise Australian industry participation in the SSN AUKUS program.
The role is responsible for leading the AIC program of work with key suppliers as well as defence and industry stakeholders. The primary objective is to increase sovereign Australian Capability within the Supply Chain to support SSN-AUKUS in accordance with the Shipbuilders contractual requirements, AIC government policy or other such frameworks.
This position will develop, deliver, and support applicable business processes through proactive engagement with key business stakeholders and the external market to ensure SSN-AUKUS and ASC continues to be the sovereign sustainer of choice for submarine platforms.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
