About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Careers Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the development, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Early Careers program, which includes our Graduate, Undergraduate, and Traineeship Programs. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of professionals, ensuring their successful integration into our business. This role focuses on supporting all SA & WA based early careers cohorts in the corporate streams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the on-boarding and off-boarding of graduates, including necessary administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the development and structure of the graduate program, including rotations.
  • Administer external rotations, including processing agreements, coordinating rotation timings, and providing general support to graduates.
  • Monitor the progress of graduates during rotations and assist in developing individualised development plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for graduates regarding training allocation, rotation changes, and mentoring program management.
  • Oversee support to program participants by responding to queries and providing proactive updates.
  • Liaise with and provide sound advice to P&C Business Partners and Leaders on a range of cohort queries.
  • Work with the recruitment team to support recruitment activities, including assessment centres.

 

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in human resources, social work, psychology or a related field and/or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Experience in providing high-quality administrative support.
  • Experience working in a diverse environment with teams located in different locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with resilience while maintaining agreed service levels and standards.
  • Demonstrated proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
  • High level of computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Eligibility 

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
