About the Opportunity

Looking for passionate People & Culture (P&C) Coordinators to join our vibrant Team in Henderson, WA!

Reporting to the People & Culture Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our ASC's People strategy to life. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that’s all about creating meaningful team member experiences, driving service excellence, and making a real impact every day. 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the trusted first point of contact for all People & Culture (P&C) enquiries, delivering outstanding service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the broader P&C team and Payroll, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of People Services activities and commitments.
  • Drive key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal movements, international mobility, offboarding, and position management, with precision and care
  • Coordinate the delivery of employment contracts and onboarding services in alignment with defined SLAs, working in close partnership with Recruitment, Payroll, Security, and IT to ensure a seamless and great new team member experience.
  • Manage the P&C mailbox and P&C ticket system, ensuring every email and ticket is responded to or appropriately delegated without delay.
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of key P&C initiatives and cyclical activities, helping to shape a consistently positive and forward-thinking team member experience.

 

About You 

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality support within a P&C environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Understanding of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, teamwork skills and strong customer service ethos.


Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
