About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a major transformation program within ASC’s Transformation Office. This role is pivotal in driving strategic change across people, process, systems, and technology. You will manage program delivery end-to-end, influence decision-making at all levels, and ensure sustainable outcomes that align with ASC’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute program plans aligned with ASC’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead a multifunctional team to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Manage program governance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain alignment.
  • Oversee risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure benefits realization and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and coach team members for success.

About you 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Program/Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • 8–10 years’ experience managing large-scale transformation programs in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.
  • Proven success in benefits realization, change leadership, and strategic delivery.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (desirable).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
