About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of the Life of Type Extension (LOTE) program. You will coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, minutes and action registers, support site inductions, and maintain project documentation and governance records. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will provide proactive administrative and project support, helping to track risks, generate reports, and ensure efficient project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Osborne SA.

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing project administrative and coordination support across planning, execution and closeout phases of the project;
  • Preparation of project reports and presentations for meetings;
  • Coordination of meetings, as well as producing minutes and action reports;
  • Maintain the project’s filing systems (PLM) in support of the lifecycle management of formal ASC documents
  • Arrange international & national travel and complete expense reports and reconciliations
  • Manage and update LOTE document templates
  • Facilitate building inductions for colleagues, contractors, suppliers
  • Assign and remove cost codes, generate monthly cost code reports and ensure completion of fortnightly timesheets

  • Experience in providing high-quality support within face paced environment
  • Strongly collaborative with a whole of team approach
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with resilience while maintaining agreed service levels and standards
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
