About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Analyst to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program at Osbourne, SA. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will provide accurate and timely Earned Value Management information to Project Managers, Control Account Managers and other stakeholders and be the focal point for all Earned Value Management and/or Project and Program Cost & Schedule related queries. This opportunity is open to any level of experience and exposure to project controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Earned Value Performance Reports (EVPR) within the Program including variance analysis on performance metrics within Primavera P6 and COBRA.
• Facilitate effective forecasting forums with Project and Program team members.
• Engage with key stakeholders within the Program, including Program and Project Managers and project team members regularly to facilitate various Project Controls processes.
• Facilitate effective Baseline Change Management and ensure alignment between Project and Program Baselines.
• Facilitate processes in accordance with ASC’s Project Management Framework.

About you 

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Commerce/Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in the discipline of EVM within a Project Controls team or project management experience
• Familiarity and understanding of AS4817:2006/2019
• Familiarity and understanding of PMBOK concepts
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Highly effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply principles learnt to problem solving.
• High attention to detail.
• Prior experience in data analytics & Power BI will be preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 & COBRA desirable.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
