About the Opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Digital Product Manager within ASC’s Transformation team, you'll play a key role in driving digital innovation and simplifying complexity. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the IFS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform to tackle customer challenges, turning their needs into actionable goals and effective solutions.

In the Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) realm, you'll be instrumental in gathering information, analysing requirements, and solving problems while providing crucial administrative and operational support. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment—where uncertainty and change are constants—will be essential. You'll need to balance structure and discipline with flexibility and agility, all while navigating a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.

This position is a permanent, full-time role based at our head office in Osborne, SA or Henderson, WA. 

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with stakeholders to drive business process improvement resulting in process efficiency from discovery through to implementation (end-to-end). 
  • Facilitate business process improvement resulting in process efficiency by providing leadership to support and deliver customer value. 
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, including documentation. 
  • Provide gap analysis and identification, proposing refinements and improvements, automating processes where possible to support the delivery of continuous improvement. 
  • Produce and manage respective scope, resource requirements including ongoing reporting, accurately reflecting the status of the business process improvement and related risk. 
  • Schedule and lead business process improvement to ensure appropriate governance checkpoints and audit requirements are met. 

About you 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Computer/Information Science, other relevant field, and/or demonstrated relevant experience 
  • Certification and/or significant experience working in an Agile environment, in particular working within a Scrum framework. 
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and analysing business requirements and business impacts 
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience solving complex business challenges/opportunities 
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms 
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
