Step 1: Online Application

To apply, upload your CV, cover letter and your most recent academic transcript. Our Recruitment Team will then assess your application against our criteria

Step 2: Phone Screen

Successful applicants will be sent an invitation to participate in a phone screen.  This is your chance to share what you know about ASC, your academic journey, work experience and motivations for applying to our Corporate Graduate Program.

Step 3: Final Interview

If you progress to the next stage, you will be invited to participate in one of the following: an assessment centre which includes face-to-face interview or a virtual interview (interstate candidates).

If you have been invited to participate in an assessment centre, ensure you are aware of the location, time and follow our dress code requirements. We will consider your level of engagement, communication skills, and how you interact in a group setting. Relax as much as possible – let your personality and strengths shine through.

Step 4: Background Checks

Our Recruitment Team will complete a thorough background check to ensure you meet our requirements and security clearance obligations. The process will involve a reference check, national police check, pre-employment medical and document verification.

You must have completed your university degree before the program start date, or have graduated within the last two years to be eligible.

Our Graduate Program is based in South Australia/Western Australia. We provide relocation assistance for successful candidates who need to move to take up their role.

We look for candidates who not only meet the eligibility requirements but also demonstrate genuine motivation for joining our Graduate Program. A standout application clearly highlights your degree discipline, relevant experiences (such as internships, part-time work, or volunteering), and the skills you can bring to ASC.
