About the Opportunity
The Security Administrator role sits at the centre of activity at ASC’s Osborne site. You are the first point of contact for visitors, leaders, and partners, and play a visible role in keeping the site running safely and professionally. It’s a fast‑paced, on‑site position where no two days look the same.
You’ll manage the front desk, coordinate visitors, and support the day‑to‑day operation of site security. You’ll also work closely with Security Guards and local Security Advisors, helping to manage visits, clearances, and compliance in a defence‑adjacent environment. This role offers exposure to complex security processes, including Defence‑approved visits and Foreign National access, with strong learning and development built in.
This position is full‑time on site at Osborne and suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being the go‑to person in a high‑trust setting.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
