What makes a successful apprentice?
Strengths in STEM studies and/or Trade Studies;
Verifiable work experience (paid or unpaid) detailed in your resume;
Completion of a Certificate II in a relevant trade study (not mandatory).
Overall, you’ll need to be reliable and punctual, have a strong commitment to safety, passion for your desired trade and a willingness to adapt quickly and learn new things.
Successful applicants will be required to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance, which will involve a national police clearance and proof of Australian citizenship.

The expected commencement for our successful apprentices will be in January 2026. The date will be confirmed closer to the time and will be subject to operational availability.
