About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic and high-impact team supporting Australia’s SSN-AUKUS Build Program. As the Commercial Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the General Manager – Commercial and the broader Commercial team, supporting the coordination of projects, reporting and team activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nationally significant program and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team to meet program and departmental needs.

· Coordinate meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and organising catering.

· Assist in drafting documents, letters, and reports with a high level of accuracy.

· Maintain and manage information, correspondence registers, and the commercial inbox.

· Support the development and upkeep of commercial processes and policies.

· Facilitate efficient communication and workflow across the Commercial team.

· Contribute to the preparation and organisation of team activities and documentation.

 

About You

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-level office administration, ideally in a commercial or project environment.

· Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

· Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.

· High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Motivated and driven to support positive business outcomes.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
