About the Opportunity

The Resource Planning team at ASC is responsible for ensuring that ASC has a qualified and skilled workforce capable of delivering our enterprise strategy. We are now recruiting a Delivery Lead – Resource Planning to join the team. The role will partner with senior stakeholders across multiple programs, the Project Management Office, People & Culture, and Capability to align workforce planning with ASC’s strategic objectives and operational needs.

This role can be based in Adelaide or Perth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ASC’s resource planning strategy across key programs.
  • Integrate workforce analytics into resource planning models.
  • Oversee resource allocation tracking and reporting across programs.
  • Lead capability forecasting and gap analysis to inform recruitment and skills development
  • Partner with our Collins Class Sustainment (CCS) teams to define the 12-month training, performance development and capability uplift plan
  • Liaise with the CCS leadership team to ensure that there is a permanent position available once participants have completed their training.
  • Report on labour allocations across the program and ensure time is booked appropriately

About you 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Human Resources Management or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience in large scale resource planning and/or workforce analytics.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including predictive modelling and scenario planning and the ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks and how they impact gap analysis and future resource planning needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Superior stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
