About the Opportunity

The EPMO Reporting Manager plays a key role in strengthening ASC’s enterprise reporting capability. In this role, you will support the Enterprise Portfolio Committee (EPC) by delivering clear, accurate and comprehensive insights that enable priority-setting across ASC’s project portfolio. Operating within a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with Business Units and Program Management Offices to ensure transparency, visibility and informed decision‑making across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, enhance and deliver high‑quality enterprise portfolio reporting.
  • Consolidate inputs from Business Units and PMOs to maintain a complete and accurate portfolio view.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc requests promptly, providing meaningful, data‑driven insights.
  • Advise senior leaders with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Drive improvements to reporting tools, templates, models and processes.
  • Support uplift in enterprise data maturity, usability and transparency.

About you 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience accessing and ingesting data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible insights.
  • Strong capability in building business‑friendly data models.
  • Skilled at designing interactive visualisations and telling compelling stories with data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly advantageous).

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
