About the Opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated and collaborative Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial & Risk Officer (Dep-CF&RO), you will play a crucial role in delivering timely administration, coordination, communication, and support to the Dep-CF&RO and the Finance and Risk Teams. This role offers a fast-paced environment where you will also support the Executive Assistant as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, efficient, and accurate administration support to the Dep-CF&RO.
• Manage diaries, coordinate travel bookings, handle expense claims, and process invoicing.
• Arrange meetings, coordinate visits, and take minutes when required.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation to support departmental requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports and collating data for departmental purposes.
• Support day-to-day functions of the Finance and Risk teams.
• Provide administration support to all business units as needed.

Eligibility 

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
