About the Opportunity
The Learning and Development Advisor provides advice and support on learning and development solutions and ensures alignment with the ASC Learning and Development strategy to allow for effective coordination of external and internal training solutions for the ASC workforce nationally.
The Learning and Development Advisor is a key role that is supportive for Planning, Analysing and implementing learning and development solutions utilising structured methodologies and compliance frameworks internally and externally ensuring alignment with ASC’s Learning and Development objectives.
The Learning and Development Advisors are responsible for the cohesive development and delivery of the learning and development functions for the ASC workforce, while consistently providing an exceptional customer service experience and is responsible for maintaining up to date, proactive knowledge on learning and development innovative best practice solutions.
ASC Learning and Development Advisors are confident communicators offering a broad in-depth knowledge of national ASC learning and development practices. Working closely with their colleagues nationally and business partners they ensure consistent communication nationally on their functional activities across the business.

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
