About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing training activities across the business nationally. This role involves supporting the delivery of learning outcomes, managing training resources, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Based in Henderson WA, you will play a key role in fostering a positive people culture and continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage the National L&D training calendar for various training programs.
  • Manage tools and resources for program development and delivery.
  • Identify and ensure the supply of necessary resources for training.
  • Handle logistics and preparation for L&D programs, including materials and systems.
  • Maintain the calendar of events and L&D initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support L&D policies and processes
  • Administer and respond to queries regarding training programs.
  • Manage the L&D inbox and prioritize departmental training needs.
  • Use the LMS to manage user accounts, book training sessions, and track learning completions.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for employees and new starters.
  • Coordinating Learning Centre room bookings and supply requests.
  • Generate purchase orders, receive, process tax invoices and reconcile accounts
  •  Print, bind and distribute training material - including Manuals, instructions, relevant policies, and procedures

 

About You

  • 3-4 years of experience in a coordinator/project assistant role.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Desired relevant qualification in Training and Assessment, HR, Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end L&D coordination activities.
  • Proven success in supporting training programs.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident and proactive in suggesting improvements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analytic and decision-making abilities.

 

 

Eligibility 

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
