ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. We have also been selected by the Australian Government to sustain and jointly build the nation’s nuclear-powered submarines – the largest and most complex industrial undertaking in Australia’s history.

About the opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Human Resource Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.

This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in January 2026. We have the following Graduate opportunities based in Osborne, South Australia:

Advisory

Gain experience partnering with leaders to provide strategic people advice, support change initiatives, and influence workforce solutions aligned to ASC’s goals.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
