About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join the growing ASC Tax Team and assist in meeting tax compliance and reporting requirements for the Australian group, as well as its foreign subsidiaries and branches.
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of tax compliance obligations for the ASC Group, providing tax advisory support across the organisation and driving continuous improvement within the Group Tax Team.
Since being selected by the Australian Government to sustain and jointly build Australia’s nuclear-powered submarines, ASC has experienced significant growth and expansion into foreign jurisdictions, resulting in a range of new international tax obligations. The Senior Tax Accountant will play a pivotal role in assisting ASC to satisfy these obligations.
This is a full time, permanent position based in Adelaide.
Responsibilities
About you
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
