About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, this role will provide recruitment expertise and advisory services to a variety of stakeholders within the business, as well as managing high volumes of candidates and ensuring a high-quality recruitment service.

Based in Henderson, WA, this ongoing position will provide flexible working arrangements, fantastic career progression and the opportunity to contribute to supporting Australia's sovereign submarine capability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing candidate lifecycle through recruitment process to provide a highly personalised candidate experience regardless of final outcome
  • Ensuring candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process to develop trust and confidence in the ASC brand 
  • Using current methods and finding new opportunities, promote ASC broadly to attract high-quality candidates locally, nationally and internationally
  • Establishing and building on candidate networks and talent pools to maintain suitable candidate’s interest in future opportunities at ASC
  • Driving behavioural and competency based interview techniques and practices
  • Ensuring systems reflect current process and candidate status and that all interactions with candidates are captured in detail in the system

 

About you 

  • Well versed experience in recruitment functions (or related such as HR or talent acquisition) at a Recruitment Advisor/Officer level
  • Talent management experience, including high volume without compromise on overall candidate experience
  • Well-developed time management skills to plan workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adjust approach to various stakeholder preferences and adapt to the overarching company culture and ways of working at ASC
  • Familiarity with the PageUp system (desirable) or similar ATS

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
