About the Opportunity

As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will turn complex data into trusted insights that support decision‑making across ASC. The role will design, build, and maintain high‑quality dashboards and reports, while helping mature ASC’s data assets, reporting processes, and analytics capability.

This role suits someone who enjoys working across technical and operational teams, cares about data quality, and is motivated by making information clear, reliable, and useful.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements.
  • Analyse data to produce insights and recommendations that support projects and operations.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT, projects, and data governance teams to source and prepare data.
  • Explore new analytics and automation tools and develop proofs of concept.

 

About you

  • At least three years’ experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and reporting.
  • Experience designing and delivering Power BI solutions within Microsoft Fabric, with exposure to automation tools Experience working with data models, datasets, and self‑service analytics solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding enabling effective collaboration with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Comfortable partnering with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Curious, structured, and improvement‑focused, with a strong customer mindset.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
