About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will lead and support a small team of Occupational Health Nurses to ensure safe, effective and compliant clinical service delivery. You will work closely with WHSE, People & Culture, operational leaders and external providers to support workforce health, rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical leadership, supervision and support to Occupational Health Nurses
  • Coordinating safe, effective and compliant Health Centre services at site
  • Overseeing injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-work processes
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, clinical standards, privacy requirements and internal policies
  • Maintaining clinical governance, assurance, audits and reporting obligations
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement, consistency and best practice across Health Centre operations

Essential Qualifications & Experience

You are a confident clinical leader with strong occupational health experience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. You are resilient, professional and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for employees and the organisation.

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Occupational Health Nursing qualification or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership or senior OHN experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong injury management and vocational rehabilitation coordination skills
  • Sound knowledge of WHS and occupational health legislation
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and a Baseline Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances.
