About the Opportunity

This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Infrastructure team in Osborne, SA. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project coordination support to the Head of SCY Infrastructure and the Infrastructure IPT. You will play a key role in the Planning, Execution, and Closeout Phases of the SCY Infrastructure Program, ensuring smooth and efficient project operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange daily and weekly project team meetings, including recording actions and producing minutes.
  • Arrange progress meetings and generate reports, notes, and action lists as directed.
  • Facilitate and manage the project's calendar, ensuring all relevant appointments are scheduled.
  • Monitor, track, and maintain project risk and lessons learned registers.
  • Access data from corporate systems to generate and distribute reports to the project team.
  • Coordinate gate reviews and produce agendas, minutes, actions, and artifacts as directed.
  • Maintain the project's filing systems and support the lifecycle management of formal ASC documents.

 

Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic domestic and international travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis.

 

About you 

  • Completion of Year 12.
  • Competent in the use of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
  • Excellent planning, management, and prioritization skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer service-oriented with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
