About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of project management activities within our Early Careers Programs. Reporting to the Early Careers Project Manager, you will play a key role in the development, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of initiatives including our Graduate, Apprenticeship, Undergraduate, and Traineeship programs. This role plays a key part in shaping the future workforce of ASC and contributes directly to our long-term capability development strategy.



Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of project plans aligned with ASC’s strategic objectives.
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for Early Careers Program. Ensure alignment with program goals and key stakeholders.
  • Manage scopes of work and ensure delivery aligns with contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, analyse variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage and monitor budgets to ensure effective delivery of the Early Careers Program.
  • Update and maintain project documentation in accordance with contract and customer requirements.

 

About you 

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination within complex environments.
  • Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management practices.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Check. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining this clearance.
