About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Remuneration Analyst to deliver high‑quality remuneration insights and support across a complex environment. You will play a key role in our remuneration and organisational design function, providing analytics, reporting, and data governance that shape ASC’s reward approach.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, improving systems and processes, and translating information into clear insights. You will work closely with People & Culture, Payroll and business stakeholders, contributing to ASC’s annual remuneration review, job architecture framework, and broader organisational projects.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remuneration analytics and insights that support annual review cycles, pay equity assessments and market benchmarking.
  • Maintain organisational data including job titles, structures and classification levels aligned to our job architecture framework.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and workforce metrics.
  • Conduct data audits and uphold strong data governance practices across HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Support HRIS configuration, testing and data work related to remuneration and organisational structures.
  • Contribute to remuneration and organisational design projects, including BAU processes and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Provide clear, data‑driven insights and advice to stakeholders across the business.

About You

You will bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail and experience working with people‑related systems and datasets. You can translate complex data into simple insights, work collaboratively and support operational and strategic work within a fast‑moving environment.

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, IT or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in remuneration analytics or reward‑focused roles.
  • Advanced Excel capability with experience managing complex datasets.
  • Experience working with HRIS and Payroll systems, including data extraction and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer CED or Korn Ferry.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks or analytical models.
  • Strong data governance knowledge and understanding of secure data handling practices.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.

Important: Prior to applying, please ensure you notify your reporting manager of intent to apply. You will also need to provide an update to your manager if you are progressed to interview stage.
