About the Opportunity

This strategic and highly collaborative role sits at the centre of ASC’s Risk Management function, supporting the Head of Risk Management to drive the organisation’s risk strategy, uplift initiatives and governance processes. As the Risk Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating risk activities, enabling clear communication, supporting leadership reporting cycles and strengthening risk culture across ASC. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support risk-related activities, reporting cycles, review boards, workshops and governance forums.
  • Prepare, collate and deliver high quality information for SLT, ExCo and Board reporting.
  • Drive change management activities to support adoption of new processes, tools and systems.
  • Apply change management principles to support the development and delivery communication, training and education initiatives to uplift organisational risk maturity.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to promote consistent risk practices and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide exceptional service to internal and external partners.

 

About you 

  • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to a range of audiences.
  • Strong relationship builder with a collaborative working style and customer service mindset.
  • Proactive, self‑driven and comfortable working independently with initiative and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and confident reviewing documents and recommending improvements.
  • Experienced in coordinating change activities and supporting uptake of new processes and systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability, particularly PowerPoint and MS Planner.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
