About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at ASC, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain SSN AUKUS. In this role, play a crucial role in delivering timely administration, coordination, communication, and support to the Head of Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Australia's sovereign submarine capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, efficient, and accurate administration support to the Head of Supply Chain.
• Manage diaries, coordinate travel bookings, handle expense claims, and process invoicing.
• Arrange meetings, coordinate visits, and take minutes when required.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation to support departmental requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports and collating data for departmental purposes.
• Support day-to-day functions of the Supply Chain team.

Eligibility and Requirements

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
