About the Opportunity
As a key member of the WHSE team, you will support the WHSE Lead SA and work closely with WHSE Advisors and the broader WHSE Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) / Life of Type Extension (LOTE) team. Your work will align with WHSE strategic objectives, legislation, and standards, contributing to the effective implementation of the WHSE Management System.
This role involves engaging with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements, while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. You’ll also provide flexible support across a wide range of WHSE tasks to help drive positive safety and business outcomes.
The Collins Class submarine fleet’s Life of Type Extension (LOTE) will provide the nation with submarine capability into the 2030’s. The Collins boats are internationally regarded among the best conventional submarines in the world. The project is currently in the detailed design phase and ASC is working closely with its stakeholders to deliver the Navy’s specific requirements.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
