About the Opportunity 

This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia. The Workforce Project Manager will manage workforce planning and development initiatives within an integrated project team. You will collaborate closely with P&C, project managers, and technical teams to align workforce strategies with project needs and organisational goals 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement workforce plans to ensure the project team is adequately staffed with the right skills and expertise. 

• Coordinate with HR and project managers to address staffing needs and gaps.  

• Identify and mitigate risks related to workforce management, including potential staffing shortages and skill gaps.  

• Manage the allocation of human resources to ensure optimal utilisation and efficiency. 

• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including project updates, workforce plans, and performance reports. 

Eligibility 

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
