About the Opportunity
Working in the Multi-Class Sustainment (MCS) Business Unit, the Program Controls Manager will be responsible for the implementation, administration, utilisation, and compliance of ASC’s Corporate Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tool. You will oversee both internal and external EVM reporting across the Multi-Class Sustainment Program. The role will involve training team members, ensuring compliance with the Earned Value Management Plan, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage, deploy, support, and mentor the Project Controls staff for work areas within the Multi-Class Sustainment Program.
Ensure compliance with the EVMP and other relevant governance processes.
Facilitate, train, and assist team members in using the corporate EVMS tool for reporting, analysis, and maintenance of the baseline.
Prepare, review, and submit periodical reports as required.
Oversee and delegate the maintenance of various data tables and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
Engage with Project Managers and Control Account Managers to ensure adherence to processes and provide adequate support.
Implement additional reporting as required and continuously improve Project Controls processes.
About You
Qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a Project Management role.
10+ years of experience within Project Controls, Earned Value Management, Cost Engineering, Cost Control, Cost Estimating, Planning & Scheduling, or Project Management.
Demonstrated ability to implement and execute industry standard Earned Value Management.
Experience in training and mentoring staff in the use of an EVM tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Power BI and Trading platforms such as COBRA.
Customer focused with well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to train team members as required.
Eligibility
