About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of ASC’s Multi Class Sustainment Programs. The Program Governance Analyst plays a key role in strengthening and advancing ASC’s governance maturity by integrating governance systems administration, document control, and data analytics.

In this role, you will support effective decision-making and contractual compliance by aligning governance frameworks with secure system management and structured reporting processes. Your work will enhance reporting efficiency across ASC’s programs and support continuous improvement in governance practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain governance systems, including SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to ASC employees to build governance capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve governance related queries.

 

About you 

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in governance systems and data-driven reporting. You bring a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control.
  • Strong knowledge of metadata management and version control practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with advanced Power BI and data modelling expertise.
  • Experience designing and managing dashboards, delivering KPI and contractual reports, and meeting governance reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
  • Degree qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (desirable).

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.

Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
