About the Opportunity

Reporting to the LOTE Rotable Platform Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the delivery of contracted Program Management deliverables and wider Life of Type Extension project. The Project Coordinator will work within a multi-disciplinary environment, engaging with other functions such as Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls to support the implementation of work breakdown structures and maintain project progress. They will be expected to problem solve, resolve issues associated with project workflows, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and assisting the effective management, coordination, preparation of, and execution of project plans and activities.
  • Support the preparation of internal/external reporting and contracted deliverables, liaising with multiple project teams to coordinate all inputs required.
  • Participating in project risk management, specifically assessments and opportunity reviews, including the development and proactive management of risk mitigation/opportunity realisation strategies.
  • Support and assist in the development and retention of project planning documents, briefing notes, presentations, and other project correspondence and communication materials.
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships across the complete range of business functions such as Project Controls, Scheduling, Engineering, and Procurement.

About You

  • Autonomous, goal-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited direction.
  • Knowledge of project governance/controls, administration, and record-keeping practices.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Well-organised, high attention to detail, and the ability to think innovatively.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative working style, considering all stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience.
  • Stakeholder engagement and presentation skills and experience.
  • Risk analysis and mitigation training.

Eligibility
