  • Improve the capture, tracking and escalation of actions, risks and opportunities arising from technical governance activities.
  • Maintain and assure governance documentation, ensuring it is current, accurate and effective.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team, setting clear expectations and driving performance outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to influence positive change and alignment.
  • Support assurance activities across product, safety, facilities and technical domains.
  • Contribute to the development of performance metrics and reporting to track effectiveness of governance activities.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Improvement, Asset Management, Human Performance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading teams in high‑risk, highly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change, improvement and coordination across complex systems.
  • Strong experience in governance, coordination or reporting functions within large organisations.
  • Proven ability to apply standards, frameworks and regulatory requirements in complex environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational and leadership capability, with experience setting direction and managing performance.
  • Analytical and structured in approach, with the ability to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels within a complex organisation.
