About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you will provide critical quantitative and qualitative analytics to support key business decisions relating to long term workforce forecasting. You will ensure governance, reporting against forecasts and supporting system management for workforce planning.
This is a full-time opportunity based at our Osborne site in SA, soon to be located in Adelaide CBD.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with our IT analytics team to determine automation and scalable analytics solutions to enhance workforce planning capabilities. Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK & US time zones) may be required from time to time. Periodic domestic travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis.
About you
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and a Baseline Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances.
