About the Opportunity


ASC has a great opportunity for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor (DEI) to join our team in a brand-new role launching in 2026! Join us and help make ASC an even more inclusive place to work! In this role, you’ll support DEI initiatives across the business, share advice with teams, coordinate events and training, keep our DEI data on track, and work closely with employee resource groups to create a workplace where everyone feels they belong.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on DEI practices to managers and employees.
  • Support implementation of DEI programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Coordinate DEI events, workshops, and training logistics.
  • Maintain DEI data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with employee resource groups and support their activities.
  • Contribute to internal communications and awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor operational DEI issues and escalate complex matters as needed.

 

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, DEI principles and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events.
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare basic reports.
  • Experience supporting projects or programs in a corporate or community setting.

Eligibility 
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. To check your eligibility please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
