ASC is Australia’s submarine company. About the Opportunity 

 
ASC has a great opportunity for an Early Careers Programs Coordinator to join our team in a brand-new role launching in 2026! If you love organising, connecting with people, and making a real impact on early career development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for offering coordination support for ASC’s early careers programs. You will oversee the smooth setup of courses, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall participant experience. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of early careers programs and training courses. 
    • Organise logistics (venue, room setup, equipment). 
    • Budget management and monitoring
    • Manage catering and vendor arrangements. 
    • Prepare and distribute materials. 
    • Track attendance and maintain records. 
    • Support virtual event setup and troubleshooting. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and track budgets. 
  • Administer diagnostic assessment tools and distribute reports. 
  • Maintain program calendars and communicate key dates to internal & external stakeholders. 
  • Collect and report on program feedback to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Manage the Early Careers Program mailbox & calendar and respond to queries promptly. 
  • Support updates to program content and internal communication channels. 

 

About You 

  • Qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field, or experience in administration/coordination. 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • High attention to detail and professionalism. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility
