About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Integration Verification and Validation (IV&V) Manager, the Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the supervision and development, planning and conduct of all Integration aspects within the IV&V Team. For systems throughout the Design, Manufacturing, Integration, Installation, In Harbour and At Sea phases for the Mission System.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide Integration engineering guidance to the Integration Team
  • Develop and deliver Integration Activities, including conduct Integration Testing and Integration Test Reports.
  • Provide IV&V guidance and review IV&V deliverables from within ASC and external subcontractors.
  • Work collaboratively across the project to ensure a consistent IV&V approach and quality is maintained.

 

About you 

  • Bachelor of Engineering in any engineering field or Diploma
  • Experience with Systems Engineering frameworks and Integration processes.
  • Self-starting, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prepare well-structured and concise Integration documentation.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technical personnel.

 

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
